Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend and their last chance workouts!
I was really happy to see my loss this week. My appetite came back this week and I was having to be very conscious of my calories in because I'm not able to exercise right now. I did start walking short walks each day. It felt so nice to be out and able to move again!!
Finally I had a good weigh in. I think I finally figured out how to lose weight while in school! I have this week off so I am going to work my butt off and hopefully have another good one
I've had a small gain this week, less than a pound but I would really like to get back to losing. I have a doctor's appt on Tuesday and I'm going to mention my quite long stall...I think it might have to do with some changes to meds I had back in May. We will see...
