I well and truly fell off the wagon. Back up to 196 and out of the BL Challenge - what an idiot.

Starting again....dayoneagain. SIGH!

Hi, I'm 197.0 today! So I hope to have a nice loss this week, woohoo!! Haven't had much appetite lately. Guess that's good! LOL.

Hope things are good with you all. I am good. Lonely tho. Dh has been working alot. This weekend I'm working with my son on his science fair project. He is in first grade and we are partners! Too fun! He is doing a color changing experiment. We practiced and it worked so just have to work on his display board, etc.

And also this weekend Imma work in my front flower beds. Have to go buy tons of mulch and do weeding and all that. Two plants I had there froze because I didn't cover them this winter so sad about that. One my MIL gave me and one my Dh gave me for our anniversary. So sure hate that. But my MIL's is trying to come back and so going to remove rest that's dead and gonna watch dh's to see if it might come back. It has before.

Hey girlies! I hope you all are hanging in there during this final week!

I am a bit bummed right now. I was supposed to go see this band tonight that one of my co-worker's husband plays in (their first performance in like 30 years), but everyone from work who was supposed to go has baled. I'm rubbish in situations where I don't know anyone, so I'm staying home. Times like this make me wish I was more outgoing! My confidence just isn't there yet.

I am OP otherwise. Not looking like I'll have much of a loss this final week though...when I checked the scale yesterday, I'm only down .4 for the week. A loss is a loss, so I'll take it and hope for a bigger loss by Sunday!

I am working all weekend, hope it helps with my weight loss, I have stalled again, I think I need to start exercising everyday again.

Hello ladies sorry I didn't post yesterday took to long getting ready in the morning I guess. Last night when I got home I colored my hair (went back to blonde) so now I look very bleached out. But had to do it to get rid of the brown next week it should be safe to color it a little darker blonde. Then I went downstairs to exercise for an hour. Well keep your fingers crossed for me I need to lose another .2lbs by tomorrow (and have todays weight stick) to make my goal for the challange.

babygrant - Thanks I hope I can do a mini vacation soon too. Good for you for being back on track that calorie smart thing sounds neat and all for $5.00 you can't beat that price.

Soon2BFitChick - How was the sock hop it sounds like it would be really fun for the kids. I hope you get your big loss for the week. the sience experiment sounds really cool and it's pretty neat that you get to be your sons partner. Good luck with the plants coming back. Hope you get to spend time with hubby soon.

dayoneagain - you are not a disappointment you are living life and it throws us alot of curve balls. Keep with it you can do this.

ars - did you end up staying at home or did you go out to see the band. You are right a loss is a loss so be proud of it.

Mercy03 - sorry you have to work this weekend but if it helps with a loss it will be so worth it. I too have to exercise everyday now in order for anything to happen.

Congratulations Idealmuse on hitting the overweight catagory

As of this morning I am down 3.2lbs so that is 20.2 for the challange. I can live with that even if I needed the two extra weeks to do it. According to the Wii I am 20lb away from normal.....yeah!!!!!!

I hope you all have success today. I am off to make some 1 pt muffins

Hello everyone~
Well I missed my goal by 8lbs. But at least I lost during the challenge and that's what is important. Had a hellish week this week but stayed OP with eating and working out. Can not wait til the next challenge to get going!! Really helps me stay the course. And I promise to be more vocal!!!

Hey Blue Team!
its been great being part of the blue team. i've realised if i'm not counting calories or watching my calorie intake, i gain so quickly ! so tommorow is a brand new day and i'm going to get my weight under control. i realised i really do have to watch my calories otherwise gain pounds so quickly. i did exercise 4 times this week. but wasnt so strict with the calories. so hence showed another gain (sorry team!)

Bigmid- thanks for your kind comment regarding my running intervals

and thank you for your sweet words about missing me, so nice of you! and you should definately do the C25K its great! good luck with it!

no not found a car yet, thanks for asking

good job on the exercise and FANTASTIC work on losing 20.2lbs this challange, thats amazing!!

Thanks Selina! yeh i agree running outdoors is so nice in the weather. although am sure to slap on high SPF!! i read that you must make sure the sunscreen has filters for both UVB and UVA.

i really admire how you are giving so many babies a loving home. you are amazing!!! and congrats on hitting 197, thats SUPER!

we are both in the same boat!!! i hear ya!! i must be the only member of the blue team, that GAINED like 6lbs, so bad of me. but like you, tommorow is a brand new day, and i'm setting myself a 1 month target to lose 5lbs. i'm going on holiday on june 1st. so want to lose the pounds i gained. and get down to 155lbs again. i've realised i really cant just eat whatever i want and how ever much i want and just exercise, to maintain, i really do have to still count calories.

Ars- i'm sorry to hear you're missing out on the concert. i know how you feel though, i can be like that sometimes too.

Hey ladies.. sorry I have been MIA... I am starting an online course tomorrow.. Developmental Psychology 1 and I have been head first in the the course materials all weekend. My Gats is doing much better.. lets hope that continues when the meds are gone... he had a bad urinary tract infection.
If i do not get everything posted tomorrow morning I will post them in the evening when I get home from work.. The next 7 weeks (the length of this course) is going to be kind of insane for me so I ask that you please bear with me!

Good morning!

I'm up a lb again. Soooo frustrating.. it changes every single day. 198.0 Was 197.0 yesterday!

I just hafta stay under 200 because in all the years I've come here I've never been able to START a challenge under 200. Woohoo!!

I hope you all have a nice break. Are we meeting on a chat thread til we start? When do we start? I'm so clueless! Sorry!!
