Hi everyone! Big hugs, have a great OP day. I am doing stuff for the school and Emily has a tee ball game tonight so got up early and cleaned my whole kitchen to get that over with, I love it when its gleaming.

Have a super fun day Bluezers!!! Can't wait for next challenge. I think I'm fizzled out on this one. Just so much going on for me in other areas of my life. Trying to stay with it though!

Hugs!
Selina

I'm hanging on here.

Spent the night in the ER a couple days ago with my son who was having an asthma attack.

I bought Michael Thurmans 6 week body makeover on a facebook selling board for $10.00!! So I'm following the food plan, and picking back up on my exercise. Now that the sunshine has finally started shining I"m feeling a lot more happy and energized.

I'm sorry to my team for letting you all down the past few weeks with my gains and lack of posting, and I'm mostly sorry to myself for letting myself down. But no more. I'm going to do my absolute best this week and then be rockin' for the summer challenge.

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! haha you're so funny! that cracked me up

congrats on the new BMI number, weebleswobble!

I'm with ya Babygrant, i too have been showing gains past couple of weeks. just shows me i really have to keep up with the exercise routine of working out at least 3/4 times a week, or i start to gain. Nicely said Mercy, i appreciate that sentiment too

i just got back from running intervals in the park. the sun was shining and blue sky. it was lovely being outdoors and running. i have not done any exercise for 2 weeks, so was good to get the body moving!
going to exercise everyday of this week now, to get back to the weight i was a few weeks ago! it helps to have that challenge workout thing that we fill in

love you girls and this challenge its the only thing that keeps me coming back to exercise and watching my weight.

Hello everyone,

soon2BFitChick - Have fun doing school stuff and I hope Emily wins her T-Ball game tonight. It is nice to have stuff gleeming isn't it. Mine doesn't gleem quite as often as it should.....still clean just not gleeming clean...lol
Way to stay with us in this challange it's all part of the process...full excitement, contentment, struggling, acceptance, then back to full excitement.

babygrant - I hope your son is feeling better I bet all the trees and flowers are in bloom there now so it can be tough on those with asthma. Don't worry about us you didn't let anyone down...not even yourself....you are still here aren't you?? so all is well and you are now refocusing so good for you. Hang in there you can do this.

Echo - wow that sounds like a good workout running intervals in the park. I don't run but I really want to start that C25K. I think I will start May 1st.....any joiners. I'm glad you keep coming back to us for support we miss you when your gone.

Mercy03 - Have fun at Universal I'm sure you will knock off a couple more pounds there it is a lot of walking.

I didn't do any exercise last night all day at work I had a headache that just kept getting worse. By the end of the day I could barely hold up my own head. So no workout for me. I really need to step it up tonight after work to make up for it. Have a great day everyone.

Morning all

Angela - How do you like the C25K so far I want to try it but not sure if I will be able to run that far. Have a good workout today with the trainer. I hope that Gats will feel better soon. It's so sad when they are sick as you don't know if they understand our "it's going to be okay baby" lines.

Mercy03 - as long as you had fun that's the important thing.

Well off to another day at work. I need a vaction. Just wish I had the staff to take one.

My moms cat had something very similar. He wouldn't pee, wouldn't pee and after 2 days he peed and it was really bloody. Turned out he had bladder crystals. They gave him medicine to break up the crystals and he was fine. I hope Gats is feeling better soon!!!

Hope you can take a vacation soon....even just a mini one!

I'm doing good. Back on track. I picked up a little handheld device called "Calorie Smart" and I really like it. I bought it off a lady for $5.00. It seems to be the same layout with foods as fit day was. Now I throw it in my purse and calculate calories wherever I am!

Mercy, I'm with you. I want to play alot outside with my kids this summer, basketball, baseball, soccer, football, badminton, volleyball, parks, swimming, you get my drift. Fun for them and fun for me and tricks me into exercise! Woohoo!!

Angela, your poor kitty. I hope he is better soon. My dad has stones alot. Feel bad for them both! They say for a man to pass them is like childbirth! My momma is a cat lover and would be so upset if she knew your little guy was in pain. Has several but only one inside. So far she isn't a REAL cat lady. Scary thought! But she loves them sooooo much and can tell me about all their personalities and why they do what they do. Always has been like that with her animals. She even has a mule, chickens, cows, etc. Lives on a farm with her dad who is 92 and still gets around to feed them all! So it's a fun place for my kids, as it was for me growing up, blackberries growing on all the fences, orange, lemon, pear trees... so nice. Well let us know how ur kitty is. Poor sweetie.

Echo, that's great that you are running! And I love being out when it's pretty too. Fun!!

Weebles! Congrats on going down that many sizes. I was like a 26/28 and I'm about an 18/20 now in pants and 16/18 in shirts. (not that much on top, lol!) Feel lots better now. And at 185 I'll probably still be in 16/18s. I envy you that at 185 ur so small! How tall are you? I'm 5'4" and carry my weight like a dang pear! LOL!

Bigmid, I agree. The ups and downs represent real life! We have to be present for it all! Good and bad. I struggle sometimes with staying present. That's my goal this year!! Helps me not overeat too because I don't watch much tv while I eat anymore, etc. They say to give your food all the attention it deserves and you wont feel like you havent eaten, because you didn't pay attention.

Babygrant, how are you liking the things you have been getting? Anything really good to help with losing? I wanna read Jillian's books but never have. I hear they are good and I can't wait to watch her new show where she goes to ppl's houses to help them. Neat!

Thank you all for the wishes for luck with our baby. Crossing our fingers and hoping the one that comes gets to stay. I think we may stay with the agency for a few more years and adopt a 5th one too. We love babies and kids and don't want to stop! LOL. But 5 or 6 will be it I'm sure. We don't want to have a bus and 10 bedroom house or anything. 4 bedrooms and my Expedition will do for now! We do want out of the scene of it all. And just live our lives. But they are soooo worth what we go thru to get them.

Well, gonna finish my coffee And get some more work done and then take her to Pre K. School sock hop is tonight. Too fun!! We offered to stay after to help clean too. So busy night tonight but way fun too. They do hoolah hoops and ice cream floats and raffle off cool theme baskets. Too cute! So I bet the kids will have a blast!!

Have a terrific OP day girlies!!

Hugs, Selina
