That is good news. I've been sticking to tall americanos with half and half for about 50 calories. I hate the taste of Splenda so I never order light anything there. But come summer, I won't want anything hot either and the idea of an americano with cold water seems so wrong.

I do my americanos as as a misto - so steamed non-fat milk - 90 calories for a Venti!

And they are awesome iced too!

I love starbucks! One drink that is really good is a tall mocha Frappuccino light with toffee nut syrup. Only about 150 calories! I also tend to add an espresso shot as well...yum!

ricepapr - if you like the americanos, have you ever had the Starbucks doubleshot? I get it without sweetener a lot of the time... it's espresso shaken over ice and then topped up with milk, nonfat in my case, but it'd be your call. It makes it better than just putting espresso and cold water, which always feels a bit weird to me to make (or drink!)

All-time best new drink though? Custom shaken iced teas. You can get your barista to brew you a small amount of tea, if you don't mind waiting... any tea of your choice, and they will steep it, add ice, flavour syrups if you want it, and shake it up until it's icy cold deliciousness for you. The Refresh tea is AMAZING iced, as is the Orange Blossom green tea, espcially if you get it as an unsweetened tea lemonade, you're only looking at about 50 calories in a grande!!!

I am obsessed with my job, can you tell? :P
