I kicked my own butt today at the gym, trying to recreate the workout my trainer friend had me do. There was one thing I could do without a spotter b/c my arms were shot but whoooo hooo I got the tingly muscles like Dagmar!!

After work yesterday I had a nap!

We did cardio later. 35 minutes on different machines. And I tried something Dapalma posted ... he's trying to kill me.

After the first couple of times at the gym when DH and I had to learn our programme, we don't workout together. We walk back and forth and I'm glad he's near but we kinda go our own ways.

Ya know tho' gals ... it's four years since I started exercising regularly. Four years!

Do you find your body craves the exercise if you don't do it? I was inside two winters ago with a fractured wrist and I just had to go for a walk the third day in, with an oven mitt on my hand. I find I still do physical stuff on the weekend just because my body can't stand to sit still all day. I get squirmy!

Dagmar (the motion machine)

I'm an antsy person from a way back. I remember my Mom telling me to sit still. It may seem like I'm at the computer all morning but I've been tidying the kitchen, sweeping the dining room, laundry ...
