GOOD MORNING!!!

Sherry that is the cutest!!!! I love it. Hope everyone is doing great this morning! Day 4 and still on plan. Mom & I went to the fitness center and tryed the cardio equip. I love the elliptical!! We also walked the track for 1 1/2 miles. Mom is still really sore.....she over did it. Well gotta go to work.

Hi all!

Well, still making healthy choices! I haven't been exercising because of my own poor planning, but I am going to get on the elliptical right now for 30 minutes. Seems like the "old" lifestyle still has a grip on me as far as not moving enough.

I just got a new bellydance workout dvd and am anxious to try it AFTER the elliptical.

Okay...........I just had a bowl of popcorn w/ butter flavoring. Dang it!!!!!!!!
Why did I do that? I'm so pissed at myself!!! I'm just going to move on to P II since I didn't gain any weight. I'm missing the meats but mostly fish. I did really good up until now. Day 4 and I lapsed how pitiful is that?
Okay enough of that.....How's everyone else doing? WE can do it together !!! Guys I really want pizza!! Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Ladies, I have been so busy at work and running around , iam almost
dizzy!! hew!! hew!! I have done realy good the past two days. I have
a some kinda of problem. Well i have it togethere now!! lol Iam a smashing

Mary, Girfriend if you have to have pizza. I have a recipe from the bl cookbook
Take a ww flour tortilia cook in the oven for a couple of minutes. take out
put T bbq sauce on and then add 3oz of grilled chicken , red onions
rf cheese and bake. It is healther then the bought kind. NOt many cal aswell.
Well anyway just a thought. But dont eat pizza!! lol Just a alternative.or
smart one pizza or lq brick oven one . It is alot better than reg pizza.
Dont be mad at me for giving you these idea. lol i hope your craving
pass. lol

Mary...popcorn is allowed...not necessarily butter flavor, but its okay!

I really miss meat as well...I can't wait for next week! I don't know how ppl go totally vegan. That would drive me insane! (I am staring longingly at tuna packets)

Sweet Potato & black beans for dinner...I really want crunchy! I think I am going to have to make that pizza recipe from the recipe sticky.

Only 5 more days chicks! We CAN SMASH this FAT!

Dh is coming home tonight for the weekend. I have been cleaning and cooking all day. LOL! He has been gone 10 days. I sure have missed him. So... Since he is gonna be home until Sunday afternoon... Hey!! I've missed reading your posts. Thanks for the suggestions on the pizza but I totally blew it with spaghetti. Tomorrow is a new day. I will get back on track with PI. It was totally stress related. Too bad I didn't figure that one out until after, huh! Has anyone tryed hypnosis for stress related eating? I have some subliminal CDs on eating but haven't used them in 3yrs. I feel so bloated and have stomach issues. Yuck.

You go rock that body!! I actually love to ie now.....who would've known? HUGS

I'm so proud that you're sticking with it I could NEVER become a vegitarian or vegan. Oh the horrors!! LMAO I miss sea bass covered in lemon slices baked in parchment & salmon with orange slices in parchment. OMG!! Well the popcorn was TOTALLY not allowed....The Popcorn Factory. It's going to the birds the next sunny day along with the snowball cookies(Trash). I'm the only one that eats them. I think maybe not enough calories did me in and the Evil TV.LOL. Fifty commercials a min and all about food. Yikes!! Why aren't there any veggie commercials? OK....moving on.

Good morning Beautiful smashers. TGIf!! weekend is here!! doing good
on detox, this is my third day on !! cause i had a road block!! ha!! ha!!

Hi,Ladies!!!

Well today is a new day for me. I'm going to stick out the rest of detox. I just put on my jeans and even thuogh it's that "time" they are loose. I'm trying to keep my goal in mind. Perhaps 125 is unrealistic so 135 would be more like it. That would put me in a 6/8. We can lose this weight and become whomever we want. Support is the key....Right? Yes!! This is the best Board Family with the most awesome women. Love , Hugs and thanks for putting up with me!!!! LOL.

Yay Mary! I am so glad that you are sticking out detox. I made the pizza for lunch out of the recipe on the sticky...yummers! It was just what I needed. I thought I would go mad if I had another bowl of brown rice & veggies!

Still not doing so hot on the exercise...baby steps I guess!

I can't wait til this is over, I broke down and bought a treadmill, I LOVE IT! I am going to pick somewhere I want to go. figure out how many miles it is and then "walk" to it. Like, I think the first place I will "go" will be Lincoln Neb, since that is where my husbands sisters wedding will be in Oct, which is 402 miles from me. Today was my first day with my tread mill and I walked/ran, 5 miles. at this rate I should "be" to Lincoln in 80 days or roughly 2 1/2 to 3 months! Once I get there maybe I will go somewhere tropical!

I WANT TO PEEK AT THE SCALE!

Sorry I've been MIA again, life has been busy...But I'm doing great on plan..Been doing phase 4 and loving it!!!! Great suggestion Linda on the pizza, and it's good, I've had it..Also I think it was Mary that said she had Spaghetti, next time, try using Spaghetti squash for the noodles it's wonderful, and NO quilt...Remember ladies, like Dr Ian says we are learning to change our way of eating, that doesnt mean we won't have slip ups WE WILL, all of us do, we hard human, none of us can be perfect all the time..So just move forward and keep smashing.

Also: If you have a bad few days, just jump back to phase 1 for a few days and you'll have it all under control once again..This plan is awesome!!!

Morning everyone. I still haven't got it together yet. I have spent the last week just being busy and exhausted. I guess I am just maintaining right now. I plan to get back on the track to weight loss Monday. This week has been a nightmare in terms of getting back on a schedule. My kids especially! I am looking forward to the good feeling that I have done something good for myself that comes when I work out. Have a great weekend everyone!

How are all of you lovely ladies this Sat? I'm doing just fine. I'm taking it one day at a time. Yesterday went OK but I did a little cheat. Moravian spice cookies......... I did go to the track w/ Mom and we walked 2 miles last night.
I'm hoping to walk for aleast 2 miles/ 5 days a week. I have truely missed ie.
