I typically do not have an issue jumping off plan for a day or a meal and getting right back on track, so I am not really worried about Thanksgiving. It actually keeps me more in line knowing that I have a special cheat coming up. I know it will take time to work off that day and could very well be a week until I start losing again, but to me, it is worth it.
I have been totally digging making the rolls with the added onion powder and garlic powder. It is my now my go to.
I also haven't had a chance to try a modified recipe using the multi-purpose. This weekend has been extremely busy and I have been just relying on the basics. Also, we ate out a few times, and even though I stayed OP, it is just not the same as making your own food. I am glad that I am back to routine tomorrow.
Hope you all had a good weekend!
Funny, I must have a low sodium soy sauce or beef broth. I had it again for dinner tonight and I added some salt (I also needed to make more au jus and used Italian seasonings) - it was just like getting a French Dip at a restaurant. Here are the pictures...Originally Posted by jennydoodle

This was my breakfast waffle this morning with the peanut butter maple syrup (waffle was made with the WF sweet cream - I highly recommend it).

I agree with you on the savory recipe as well as sweet recipe. I thought I had the setting on the garlic powder set to sprinkle and instead it was on the setting to spoon it out and when I shook it much more went into my batter than I planned but it was so good so I now know not to be afraid with those seasonings with the multi-purpose.
I am looking forward to my menu on Thursday. It feels like a cheat day to me but mentally I will feel so much better staying in ketosis.
I will make a blueberry waffle with the multi-purpose and let you know how it comes out. Normally, I would make it with the Vanilla but I'll do this for you

I have WF sweet cream or I may use French Vanilla - I am expecting this to be a secret ingredient to use with the multi-purpose. I will use blueberry extract in the batter and I may top with WF blueberry syrup. I may make 2 syrups to see which I like better - the blueberry syrup as is and taking the WF maple syrup and adding WF blueberry fruit spread with a little blueberry extract and heat for 15 seconds in micro and stir really well. I suspect I will like the one using maple syrup better as I already know I like the maple syrup by itself as well as mixed with the peanut butter so I assume I will like it mixed with blueberry fruit spread and extract.

I stayed up wrapping presents until 2 am because I couldn't sleep awaiting my weigh-in as that would most likely determine if I could give the best present to myself, which is to be transitioned by Christmas. I still have 12.8 pounds to go to goal so no way will I lose that plus transition by then.
