Just EAT HEALTHY, you're still young and now is not the time to mess up your body!!! If you want to do the vegatarian thing that's fine too, just make sure you get enough protein!! Also, just a thought, maybe eat how you plan to eat once you reach your goal, then your body will already be on the same page the whole time . . . Hmmmmmmmm, 16 huh . . . boy that's gonna put a cramp in my style . . . BUT I'LL BEHAVE, I'll have to keep to PG . . . <sigh> LOLOLOLOLOL

so a quick trip to the chow hall . . . then ROUND 3 . . . but I don't feel like I have to puke and my legs aren't cramping

Sometimes it's a little triggering to watch, but great show. I'm glad they're focusing on these issues for television shows...helps others understand what many of us are going through.
