B - 1 scoop raw meal in 6 ounces of milk, coffee with two pumps of peppermint
E - 5 miles at the park before work
L - leftover shrimp and veggie stir fry
S - greek yogurt
E - 30 minutes of yoga after work
D - sausage, hot pepper and onion stir fry over spiraled crispy potatoes, diced tomato on top
S - 2 ounces of cinnamon rum while listening to Concert in Central Park on vinyl with DH (I'm also listing my relaxing, to remind myself how important it is

Went for a run at the park before work, in what turned out to be the only hour and fifteen minutes all day with no rain. It was a hard run, I'm glad my next one isn't scheduled until Thursday. Wednesday is a rest day, so that should help, too.
Today started out fine. Got up and exercised, some yoga, weights and cardio. At work now, and feeling pretty accomplished so far.
