Hey there VET!!!! I enjoyed the good life of Phase IV for a while before my deployment to Cuba. Then the daily routine, stress, laziness...all set in. I stopped caring what or when I was eating. I thought for sure I would get tired of cheeseburger(s) everyday, but no, kept on eating them. I regained about 35 of the 50 I had work so hard to loose. Now I am back on Phase I and have lost about 20+ lbs. I'm almost there!!

I'm back as well. The fun meal became a fun day became a fun month and then a fun life and well.....here I go again. Two weeks in and down 10.2.
I can totally relate to this. Just got to remember when we get back to that point that the fun meal is just for one day. I had even almost got into the habit of only having it every other week, on pay day. More power to ya!! 10+lbs is awesome!!!
