I'm jumping on the IF bandwagon, I've never really successfully done it before but I'd really love to lose 10-15 lbs before my wedding in December
My plan is to do 16/8 with an eating window between 2pm-10pm and workout in the mornings. I'm currently unemployed after finishing grad school so I don't get up til 9am anyways!I have a weird question - for those of you who fast in the morning, do you ear "breakfast" foods or "lunch" foods at your first meal?
