. I have a heart rate monitor and it's in the 140-150. I really work up a sweat. I am going once a week. I am not coordinated but am trying. I am addicted to diet coke and seldom can have just one. Water or some crystal light in my water is what I drink.
Well I am off to look like a fool. Luckily everyone is watching the instructor not me



Goal is to be under 240 by October 1. I've met the goal 6 months in a row, I don't want to screw it up now, but I did cut it really close!
