B: 420 cereal with milk (raisin bran & grape nuts)
L: 350 burrito (tortilla, refried beans, rice, veggies)
S: 190 1/2 apple, pomegranate, dried peas
D: 350 1/2 grilled cheese, soup

Exercise: Walk 30 minutes
My goal is to stay within my LoseIt calories range which right now is 1200 w/o exercise, increasing by about 100 for each 1/2 hour of exercise.
I always have two things that I don't count- coffee with flavored syrup in the am and a salad with light dressing at dinner. But I also walk a few times a day that adds up to around 30 mins and don't count that- to bus stop, etc.


I'm really inspired by everyone's clean ( and honest ) eating! Hopefully my posts will start looking good too...
