    My goal is to stay within my LoseIt calories range which right now is 1200 w/o exercise, increasing by about 100 for each 1/2 hour of exercise.

    I always have two things that I don't count- coffee with flavored syrup in the am and a salad with light dressing at dinner. But I also walk a few times a day that adds up to around 30 mins and don't count that- to bus stop, etc.

  • Hello! Jumping in if I may. This is exactly what I need for accountability and is something I could never tell my skinny flatmate unless I wanted to bore her to death I'm really inspired by everyone's clean ( and honest ) eating! Hopefully my posts will start looking good too...
