  • 174, I'm rooting for 172 tomorrow, if not, the day after!
  • Hello! I'm new to this thread. I made it to the 170's in early May, and have had a slow, but steady decline ever since. This past Sunday (my weigh-in day) I was 173. I can't wait to reach 160's and I'm working so hard to get there! my first 10% lost is at 169.2, and I can almost taste it! Although after the holiday weekend, this morning I weighed in at 174.... no worries, I'm back OP!
  • 177.5 i've been lingereing at this 177 a while i need to break through to 176 now
  • 171 again this morning...soo close to getting out of here!!
  • I saw the number 169.8 yesterday, but it seems i'm back at 171... grr. maybe it's because i woke up earlier then normal and this isn't my weigh in time.... lol wishful thinking at its finest.

edit*** or not, just stood back on the scale and I'm at 170.0
  • 170.4 this morning... ALMOST there!
  • I woke up at 169.6 this morning, but I'm going to stay in this forum until I reach a weight less than 169 just to be on the safe side. On a side note, I went to the health nurse at the hospital I work at and found out that my BP is a healthy 90/75. I already had great blood pressure, but exercising daily has lowered it even more.
  • ok so today I was 174.6....its been ages since I was under 175....i'm not counting my chickens...................just hope I can stay under 175 for longer than a week, then I will concentrate getting back to 170/169
  • New here... Weighed in at 178.6 this morning! I hope to be out of this group by the end of the month *crosses fingers*
  • 176.5 YAY finally broke away from 177
  • 174, can't wait to get out of here! A bit jealous of those in the 169!
  • Ok, I usually don't count half a kg, but 173!
  • Woke up at 168.8 this morning, so I'm saying goodbye to this forum. Good luck to everyone and hope to see you in the 160s thread soon.
  • Today I am a perky 176.2. I battled memorial weekend, could've lost a little more but it's all good. Not a race, i keep saying to myself, but a marathon.
