  • Hello onederland chickies. I'm back on track to reach my onederland goal. I recommitted to Weight Watchers on 12/5 and have been doing very good ever since. I am hoping to reach this goal sometime during spring and I'd like to reach my goal of 175 before the end of 2011. VickieLou I too gained most of my weight back over the past few months. It comes back so quickly. I promised myself that this will be the last time I lose and gain it all back.

    How's everyone else doing?

    Hi everyone! May I join you all in this goal? I have a lot farther to go than most, but am ready to get my sorry butt in gear and get this weight off. Started with the LoseIt app on my iPhone about 9 days ago and have lost 5.6 lbs so far. Needing to lose about half of myself, but you gotta start somewhere right?

    Congratulations on your 5.6 loss so far. You are off to a great start. I too am just getting my butt back in gear. This is going to be our year to succeed. I hope you're having a great day so far. Mine has been good so far. I had a very filling but low cal breakfast and I am about to go do a FIRM workout. What are your plans for the eay?

    Plans? What are plans? I'm just trying to stay within the calorie count allotted me with my new app. What I need to do is get myself a stationary bike to ride at home. That's about the easiest thing or me to do and the safest with my health issues. Trying to work my way up to the intensity level I should be at, but getting started isn't easy.

    Oh well, just gotta keep truckin'

  • Nannie, Sorry about the typo. Sometimes my fingers move way too fast. Sounds like you've got a great plan in place to succeed. You're right, it is hard to get started. I only started back working out regularly 2 weeks ago and it was the hardest thing to do. This is the start of my 3rd week and I'm actually looking forward to getting a workout in after work.

  • It means that the 1st number in your weight starts with a 1. I am trying to get out of the 200s to 199.

    Onderland is my mini-goal so this works really well for me.

  • After a bit of a rough time during Nov and Dec, Jan has brought new determination and a weight loss of 6 lbs! Woohoo!
    Only 50 lbs to Onderland!

    How's everyone doing? Are you getting closer to onederland?

    I'm down to 217.8 as of today so I'm inching my way down to onederland. My goal is to make it there by the end of March.
