Betty, so true, and even a no-loss week can be hiding a loss of inches, a gain of lean muscle...
I'm down another 0.7 of a pound this week - never a whole one, grrr!! But, I am closer to 170 with each part of a pound I can drop, so this is fine by me!

I'm hanging in there, but going through a bit of an adjustment period where my appetite doesn't agree with what I think I should be eating. I know how to do this, I don't know why I keep making it more difficult for myself than it needs to be. Oh well, I'll just keep plugging along!
(Oops, please tell me I didn't just jinx myself...). lotsakids did a nice little introduction, so I'll do the same.
I was at 180.6 just 2 days ago, but up to 181.6 today. Seems it will level out pretty soon...Can't wait to join you all!
