This thread is a good'in! I just read through most of the posts! I am also stuck in the 170's and 160's.. my weight fluctuates like you wouldnt believe. One day I weighed in at the gym at 176, the next day I weigh in at 168?!? What the.. that is an EIGHT pound difference..
Anyway, I have been pretty steadily at 167-169ish for the last week. Which is good.. But obviously, I would like to see the number continue to drop. I started witha personal trainer last week, so we have 9 more weeks to make this happen! We meet twice a week and he kicks my butt! wheeeewww!!
I also calorie count.. 1200-1400 a day (depending on what my body asks for) and I watch sugars, sodium and carbs. I do eat complex carbs, I just try to limit them! I also drink 100oz+ a day of water! And lastley.. I take an all natural thermogenic that seems to be helping me stay energized for my two a days!

I just substitute that for my coffee.
Also, as someone mentioned, I started drinking green tea instead of soda.. so I suppose in a week we will see where we are!
