The reason I asked about what you all do to show yourself some love is that I've decided I'm going to "break up" with my body. I am tired of the stressful, dramatic, angsty relationship we have, so I'm dumping that old relationship and starting a new one, full of love, respect and TLC!

In the interests of building a strong relationship, I need to take my new self on "dates", and other than exercise, baths with yummy smelly stuff, and the occasional pedicure, I'm a little stumped for ideas!

I know, this sounds silly, but I don't know what else to try to get my head and my body working TOGETHER.
Rhonda - Great question today! I think I would choose the trainer, especially if they had Jillian's "beatings, beatings, and more beatings" attitude. DBF is a wonderful cook (his dad is a chef, he learned well!) and I'm a decent cook when I actually try, so we're okay in that regard. I sure could use a trainer/drill sergeant though!
