I agree Shad, we are getting a little long in the tooth on this thread. However, I think only you and I know how to start a new thread. Wanna flip a coin? Heads you win, tails I lose?

I'm trying to think if we should have a snappy new title too. How about 'Round the World with 80 chicks? Maybe there's not 80 of us now but there might be? Good Lord, I'd have to give up my day job to respond to all those posts. What a bunch of clucking chick noises that would make!

Ok Linus, yes I did smile at the McBean and immediately also thought of Mr. Bean myself. But the more I looked at it, I think it's actually a pretty name. And isn't McBean pronounced McBain - of course in the states here we slaughter the pronunciation of everything. The way you were carrying on, I was thinking your middle name was Haggus or something

Mel, if you email me your mailing address, I will send you prints of the pictures. I will even send you one of ours provided you promise not to draw horns on me and a mustache on Shad. - you in with me on this one Shad? I'll also send you an electronic copy too Shad - DH is way behind on adding pictures to Webshots. I found that with some magic resizing I can make us appear to lose 20 pounds just like that!

I think I'll hit the sack now. Will be dreaming of the commune we will all set up and run together so that we can escape our mundane lives.

HI I am back from my little jaounts and back on bood pressure tablets. It is only the first day back at work but ok so far. Not grizzling yet.

Who is the one using Napisan ? Was is Shad? I had to smile because my friend who is of Polish/Belorussian stock was chatting to a Ukrainian friend and the word napisana (no idea of the spelling) came up. I burst into giggles and asked for a translation. It apparently means signature! I only know 3 polish words now. That one, plus Piontek which means Friday (I also know 2 other people whose maiden name was Piontek) plus I did knowe the work for Thursday but cannot remember. Also Orange juice sounded a bit like anchovy sock!
