    I did weigh in on Saturday but didn't get to the board. Like some of you guys I maintained this week. I'm leaving town and determined not to gain over this trip.

    Thanks for the info on water Corinna. I have to drink more, for sure.

    You guys have a great week. I won't be able to weigh in next Saturday but I'll catch up with you when I get back.

  • Will finish my first week of IP alternative diet plan. I'm doing ok but already pretty tired of the veggies choices. Very narrow!! But hopefully the scale will encourage me to move forward another week... one at a time Wish me luck tomorrow. Goal is 25 lbs. by December which may be very optimistic and wishful thinking.

  • Down 1.8 lbs. this week!

    This is our Thanksgiving weekend, and we will be having our big dinner today at my house because I am working evening shifts tomorrow and Monday. Turkey and vegetables sound like good choices - as long as I stay away from the stuffing and pumpkin cheesecake!!
    It will be a good day - I have so much to be thankful for

    I haven't posted since 9/14. I got stuck in that mess at Ohare on the 16 th and then I went off plan for 3 weeks. So I did not meet my goal of 143 for the month.
    I finally stepped on the scale on Monday and I was still 149. Don't know how. I've stayed on plan all week and now I'm 147.2!!!!

    This months goal- 145 or below.
  • InaTizzy - Going off plan and maintaining is excellent! And now you have started losing again - Good for you!
  • Down 1 lb this week. Getting close to where I want to be. Hopefully I can maintain this for a while or still get lower I hope.

    I changed my ticker today. Lost 10lbs since the end of August. That's about 9 weeks- 3 of those weeks I was off plan. I'm doing zumba twice a week and eating high protein- 4 hr diet is the name.

    This months goal-145 or below.
