Default Thread Being Closed, New Thread To Start Soon
All,

We have been informed that our thread (25/30 Pound Goal - Let's Do It Together - Thread 3) has reached its limit in posts and a new one needs to start if we want to continue. I want to start a new thread that focuses on even more. Rather than looking at a 25/30 pound goal in weight loss, I would like to focus on Living Healthy as our end goal with dieting being a portion of that effort. I hope this new thread will be a more suitable to help up all reach our goals in the year 2015.

Details of New Thread Living Healthy = Commitment, Attitude, Diet, and Exercise (LH=CADE )

Hope to find you all there again soon in the New Year where we will help each other live life healthy and fit.
