I've had a pretty good day. I did my first c25k workout today (challengimg but do able) I just need to find a better place to run. I live in a mountain aRea and there isn't a park with a long paved walking trail near me that I know of. I will keep looking though. I had a bad cheat day yesterday (including chickfila and apple pie) but thankfully weighed in this morning at 198, so I didn't ruin all my hard work, and i got right back on track today. I have been feeling sick today (still Tom type stuff) with cramps, heartburn, and general stomach discomfort. Hopefully that will be gone by tomorrow. We shall see.
Right now my husband is having a rough time because he is quitting his e cigarette (getting off nicotine ) so we can start trying to get pregnant in December. He has been understandably moody the last few days. I just hope it gets easier for him soon.I feel a bit guilty that he's doing this because I showed him the research that it's bad, but he says he wants to do it too. I just hate to see him struggle, I hope he feels better soon.
