1855 cals today so far. That means I have 1125 left which sounds quite reasonable

Interestingly, breakfast had the most calories of the day. I think I need to give up the cereal bars, they have 420 cals each

What sort are they?! I love the special k bars especially the mint choc ones and only like 90 odd cals a bar. But they've gone up in price lol so I'm sticking to normal cereal. Like my weetabix and shredded wheat. I would say either go with that or get some better bars, have that with a coffee or whatever drink, and some fruit for brekkie. The fruit will give you the sugar kick i know alot of us need in the morning lol and the fibre will do you some good too... If ya know what i mean 
its changing habbits and getting into a routine. Once youve found that routine it'll be so much easier
