As far as the weight loss, sounds like you ladies are making headway! Thistleberry: GIRL!!!! You are flying down the 150's! Sounds like you need to be kinder to your body and eat a little more, or maybe just check the quality of what you're eating. Weak and tired is no way to work out.

Me, not so much. I'm hanging at 150-151, and it SUCKS!!! Two weeks ago, I saw 150.1. Then went up a bit and it took those two weeks to see it again. This weekend, 150.1. But I'll be dammed if I can stay there or drop below 150. Today, I'm 151. 2. I want to throw the thing. But I had four- count em- four cupcakes yesterday! I made diet soda cupcakes, which means no bad fats and less calories, but that doesn't mean much if you eat FOUR of them. Ugh.
Still fasting 16, then eating 8.

Usually staying the same for two weeks in a row or a slight increase wouldn't really faze me much at all. It's just I was stuck for so long and I'm paranoid about it. I thought things were moving again and now I'm scared they're not. Regardless of that, thank you for the reassurance!
