  • I'll check in again Sunday morning if I can but in case I cannot I wanted to do it now. I didn't reach my goal this month but am still very pleased with my results. I am down 5 pounds and am at 192.4 as of this morning. I've barely worked out this month. Not proud of that but it was the case. Overall I am pleased with my results. Now to set a new goal for August!
  • Hlthgrl: if you can barely work out and lose 5 pounds, and I can work out like a madwoman and lose only 7 so far, I'm going to try a new method and see if eating and drinking and not logging calories can get me the rest of the way to my 10 pounds for the month!

    MsP: Glad you had a happy birthday, and have a happy anniversary! Mine was last Saturday and we went for sushi that Friday and had a really awesome fun foodie event on Saturday. Good luck! I'm with you in being ready to rework some goals and start next month off strong.

    Susiemartin: you're peeing all the time because you're drinking tons of water and flushing those fats and toxins and all forms of evil bad habits out of your system!

    goodnuff: don't be discouraged; I haven't made my 10 pound goal for five out of the seven months I've been challenging myself! lol. I keep setting it high because I know I've been able to do it, and it makes me try harder. Good for you for finding a way to make it more realistic for yourself so you can feel that sense of accomplishment. It's all baby steps and you are definitely walking in the right direction, and should be proud of yourself!

  • I've been whooshing this week (odd, since AF is here) and I'm down to 204.2 this morning. Looking ahead to next month, my only goal is going to be reaching Onderland.
  • This is still my Friday as I haven't made it to bed yet so checking in. Too tired to track right now but know it wasn't good.

    Starchild-- Drink only water, tea, fruit juice/water mix;1400-1600 calories daily;Go from size 18 to 16 pants;No potato chips of ANY kind (my "cheat" food).

    Ap90-lose 8 lbs. Also; fit into the size 11 jeans
    Bamagirl-I'd like to reach 125 pounds, and if I complete that, my goal weight of 120 pounds

  • I'm not sure what happened to my July. It started out good and then everything seemed to unravel.

    I weighed in at 179.0 pounds today. So only one pound away from my goal, which isn't too bad considering how much I've been struggling the past couple weeks.
  • Final weigh in for the month - 203.8. That surpassed my goal by 4.2 lbs, and is a loss of 9.8 for the month - which is the best month I've had in quite awhile!
  • one last check in for july.
    Did not meet my goals for the month but making improvements daily.

  • Well I only met half my goal for july. I did stay on track, I kept going, but I fell short by two pounds. This morning I am 252. Bitter-sweet. This is the longest I have hung in there, so thats great, but I'm bummed as well.
