I have been a 10/10! I got to the gym despite the limited Saturday hours, and although today is my Carb Day, I've kept it moderate, even with immense temptation!


) And went 1 point/9 calories over my daily allowance but that's not too detrimental, considering i've been under my allowance for most of this week.
