  • Since February is almost over. My weight goal is 2 lbs. I want to see 209 on that scale by the end of this month. My weight varies by 2-3 lbs a day...so I go by lowest weight of the week/month.

    Oh no!!! The world is coming to an end!!! My dvd player died last night! I couldn't play any of my workout videos and wasted an hour of my evening trying to figure out what was wrong with it. Don't know what I'm going to do as I rely heavily on it for my exercise. Guess I'd better start comparing prices online.

    Well, it looks great today but.... I sabotaged myself. I ate I don't know how many... slices of pizza.... pure, greasy, carb loaded comfort food.... wasn't upset, didn't go on an all day binge.... but boy it's gonna hurt tomorrow! Was really starting to get somewhere too.... but bf absolutely HAD to order pizza tonight *sigh*

    Feb 1st Stayed under calories but did eat my exercise calories.
    Feb 2nd Stayed under calories. Did not eat exercise calories. No food after 7pm.
    Feb 3rd Slightly over calories 1786. Did not eat after 7pm. Did have black decaf tea. But I did that and still lost today.
    Feb 4th: 211.0lbs. No food after 7pm, had white tea
    FEb 5: 209.2 no food after 7 pm. Had black tea.
    Feb 6: 208.2 no food after 7. Water only.
    Feb7: 208.0 ate food until 8pm but will be sleeping later so should get my 11 hr fast. Ate my exercise calories. We will see in the am what doing it did.
    Feb 8 207.2 ate until 8:30 but will sleep later again.
    Feb 9 207.2, No foods after 6pm and possibly shy on water.
    Feb 10: 207.6 exercise class night. Ate late. Won't have breakfast until 9am. Water up to date.
    Feb 11: 206.8 no food after 7 pm.
    Feb 12: 209.4 ugh please let it be TOM!
    Feb 13: ??? 206.4 weird maybe sodium
    Feb14: 208.4 ate after 7pm but will be sleeping later in am.

    got my second exam today! Not prepared too well, so I doubt I'll pass. I don't need it though, so I'm going to support my study buddies

    boatingmommy so sorry about your DVD player!! I had one of those experiences yesterday as well, noticed my laptop charger has a slack joint. And since I use that thing not only for school but it is also my sole means of entertainment here at school, I was hyperventilating Ordered a new charger ASAP though, so I hope mine works till it's here.
