  • I'm so proud of myself right now: weighed in at 172.8!!
hoping I can keep this up and hit the 160s by my birthday

    Monokini, here I come
  • Awesome jobs guys!!

Cosmic, we'll be right behind you You really flew threw the 170s.
    Great job Sirius!!

I'm back down to 174.2, with TOM right around the corner. Luckily, I have a little time with no parties or BBQs that I can focus on eating clean.
  • Turtle - I know right !! Well I'm in the 160s (169). But don't worry I'll still post here
  • Man ladies I have jut been sucking it up since the move my little guys birthday was last week and I ate like crap I was at 176 this morning.
Back to it today! And sticking to it for sure!
  • 173.8 this morning, felt pretty good seeing the 173.x
Angie, sending you some "stick to it" dust.

Yes cosmic, please visit, I can use all the support i can get
  • Im still around. I have a feeling the journey thru the 160s are going to be no joke. I'm dealing with a minor injury in my leg left so I'm not doing any lower body weight lifting or the elliptical machine this week (maybe on Friday). I can sse the scale has slowed down as well.

*chasing after the "stick with it dust" *

Sirius Amadeus - looks like you are doing good.

Keep up the good work guys
  • Stayed at 173.8 this morning, but I had my first binge of my weight loss journey in 6.5 weeks. Total calories was 2081 from spark people and 49 points on WW. Yikes. I've had a few 1600/1700 but that was during days I didn't have the best control over with functions and social events. I normally like to keep my calories around 1200 - 1450, and 27/30 points. Yesterday was all me. I almost wish I had gained this morning. I have a feeling with TOM its going to catch up with me later this week. I'm just telling myself "It happens, but its not ok". Moving on
  • I am almost out! But considering how long the 175-171 took it could be a while! I think it actually only took 3 weeks and overall I am losing at a rate of a solid 2 lbs per week. Come on 160's!
  • Morning ya'll, So today is Day 50 of my weight loss journey. Pretty impressed with myself for 50 days, and may celebrate at 100. Back up to 174 this morning, scale seems stuck around there. It'll move eventually if I stay on track. And I did yesterday, I did JM 30DS and had 1300 cal/27 points!! My biggest fear about a binge is that I won't get back on track, not the weight consequences.

Cosmic, I must-of missed your post from yesterday. Injuries stink, a couple years ago (when I was in shape) I got some really bad shin splints, and could barely walk.

Harriette - welcome and I hope you don't stay very long

    Thanks! Me neither!
  • hi ladies, weighed in at 174.6 this morning, hoping there might be a whoosh fairy around the corner.
  • I was in the 160s but after the wedding I'm back to the 170's. 171 to be precise. I really hope my stay here isn't long and that I will be out by the end of this month, I although I'm sure you'll all fabulous people I can't wait to see you all in the 160's thread.
  • I was hesitant to weigh myself this morning, since I had a couple "lazy" days due to the heat, AND I had pizza & mozzarella sticks on weds, but....

    I weighed myself anyway.

    170.8

Almost died, but in a good way; I'm kicking ***! May have to add some burpees on the beach to my daily bike ride, since it's taking less time for me to ride 5 mi.

THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING HERE!
  • Everyone is so close to hitting the 160s!!! That is so great I think when I get close to the bottom of a decade I'm going to buy myself flowers. (probably the $3.88 ones at Walmart) and put them by my workout stuff to motivate me. Anyone else do mini/micro rewards ?
I was doing the JM 30DS on Thursday and my workout yoga pants were falling down when I was doing jumping jacks. Awesome.
  • 174.2 this morning. I've been creeping lately, gonna try some new low sodium recipes this week.
