  • Hello everyone! Good to see everyone doing so well. Well I am at 184 today . Excited and can't wait till I get out of the 80's. I have a birthday coming up soon. Gulps!!

  • Just got out of the 80s earlier this week. That means I'm no longer obese!

    It's been years since I've been just overweight! It's so awesome!

  • Just did my weekly WW weigh-in: 179lbs! I think I am going to call it official and move onto the 170s thread. Thanks for the support ladies and I look forward to seeing you all soon!
  • 181 this morning! I am going to focus. My birthday is later this week and I want to say goodbye to the 180's by then. Going to go exercise!

    leopardspots---What exercise are you planning on doing? We are the same height and I weighed in at 181.2 this morning, I want out of the 180's sooo bad...

  • Flytinlyns - I do P90X. I am begining week 9. I have lost 24.5 lbs in 8 weeks and gone from a size 16 to a baggy 12. I don't do the crazy diet. I just eat healthy and somewhat calorie count. I love it and totally recommend it.

    Let both exercise our butts off and get to 170s this week!

  • Hey ladies! I'm still hangin out at 182. URG.....

    I'm travelling for work, and that sure doesn't help with the exercise and staying on plan. Gonna have to get better at that!!
