I know I made goal last week but I should be more comfy in my sizes. I go to pick up my dress for my hubby's birthday date tonight. I'm so excited. I want to be a cute wife on Saturday Night. Hopefully I don't get so excited that I forget to take pictures.

I came in a little low today at 1305 . I did WATP for abs 2 miles. I made tacos for supper tonight, so I had saved room in my calorie budget for them, but now that I added up my calories for the day, I'm a bit low.

I weigh in tomorrow morning, and I hope and pray I've done enough to be near my SP Day goal!

Boy, this week has been rough at work. I feel like I've had no time to even check my email, let alone read up here and post! So, very briefly, I'm doing pretty well considering I'm still doing 60+ hours a week at work. Staying on track with my food, getting my workouts in (though I wish I had an hour for a workout, instead of 30-40 minutes) and trying to manage my stress levels so I don't end up stress eating! I had to go back and check my starting weight for this challenge and what my loss goal was, and I may - MAY - make it. We'll see - not counting on anything just yet but I am heading in the right direction. Six days to go. Well, five I guess if you figure today is over... or six if you figure the challenge deadline is 11:59pm on St Patrick's Day!

Katy - I know I'm late weighing in, but my husband and I are currently in a long-distance relationship - he's in LA and I'm in Vegas. He's in school and the closest school for what he's doing is in LA, so he's living with his mum (yeah, that's making him REALLY appreciate me, lemme tell ya!) and I see him about every three or four weeks. It's hard and I miss him, but at the same time, it's good for him to be doing what he loves. Three months after we got married, I went away to school for ten weeks and we saw each other once during that time - then I did it the year after that too! The things we do for education, huh? Anyway - it's hard, and yes, you may fight about stupid stuff that maybe you wouldn't fight about if you were together. But you may fight about other stuff if you were together! I think all relationships can be hard at times - you just have to work through it, and only you know if it's worth the pain to get through it. I think LD relationships can definitely work out but it's not easy - worth it, though.

Oh, and I wanted to say I found a little visual motivation - my Title Nine catalog came yesterday and I absolutely love one of the tankinis they have in there. So I want that for my cruise at the end of June but I'm not buying it til I can buy it in a size 12!

In ahurry ~but wanted to check in...Have been struggling with being 161 to 163 and more or less at a stand still on losing...So that totally sucks...Weird thing is ~In my recent pics I think I look what I pictured my self to look like at goal. I am just soooooooo close to that 150 mark that I would hate to just stop now ~But yet I think I look skinny for once in my life. A little of a belly But I am doing sit ups to help that daily...I did have 3 kids & I am 34. So what do u all think?
.......Plus to even just reach 100 pounds lost sounds super to me...But I am stuck!~But again I think I look fine where I am at and I get guessed at 120 to 130 In person all the time. ughhhhh~Have had a few extra calories today & yesterday & the day before~3 days in a row. Not enough to gain but enough to effect my losing proboly! ~I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CONFUSED TONIGHT.~HUGS EVERYONE~I AM SLEEPY TOO & GOTTA GET SOME sleep~maybe I am just impatient!

I lost 3.5 pounds this week!! That puts me at needing to lose .4 pounds for the challenge!!

I guess my happy place calorie wise is between 1400-1500 calories. I'm going to try and keep it there for now anyhow.

LORI: My 2 cents is to keep going at least to get into the 150's. I think you'd always regret it if you stopped and got THIS close and didn't see that 100 pound loss. Just keep CC and doing what you can exercise wise and eventually you'll get there. You've had a stressful couple of weeks and I'm sure that has something to do with it.

JULES: Wow, that's a long work week! So excited for you on the Tankini you will absolutely wear that size 12 for the cruise! I went ahead and bought my size 12 Tankini for the beach this summer, but mine is just an OP brand from WalMart so wasn't a huge investment. But I'll be wearing mine too, you betcha!

JIGGLEFREE: How did the dress fit? I can't wait to hear about it and your fun date. You are doing so well size shrinking!

Susie - That is great only .4 to go!!! The dress looks great. I just have to run around town to find some shoes that will go well with the dress.

So what's the next challenge. I'm ready. I've been eating on plan but I haven't worked out everyday like usual. I need something to focus on. I know I want to be at a size 16 by May 16th but it helps me to have a challenge and the accountability is reinforcement to get to goal.

Hey everybody, just a quick post here. Gotta get to shower, eat, and get ready for work and be there in an hour! ugh! Got up late today but had some good news! I'm down another 1.5 pounds, so that puts me at only needing 2 more pounds for my goal!! I know it's going to be close but I can do it! Mexico will be so much sweeter if I can accomplish that before. I also won my 2nd 5 Pound Challenge! A little motivating factor, gives me an extra push to try even harder. I'll be back later. My ankle still hurts, I can walk but in the morning barely. I will probably be using a wrap in Mexico, which sucks but I won't let it spoil my fun!

Happy Friday everyone! I'm excited about this weekend! I'm going to an outdoor art festival tomorrow night here in San Antonio. Last year it was amazing and I'm expecting nothing less tomorrow. Plus, we're supposed to have gorgeous weather here. And Sunday I'm playing kickball. It should be a fun filled weekend! I hope y'all have an awesome weekend!

I weighed in this morning at 193.0, yayy! -3lbs by the 17th may not happen but I am really happy with my progress overall. I slipped up over the weekend but I didn't give up. That means a lot to me.

jules Thanks for sharing your LD situation with me. You're right, they're hard and I do need to figure out if the pain is worth it. That's what I'm struggling with right now. Someone told me that if the worth of it is even in question, I should just let go. But I don't want to.

I blew it big time yesterday. Now I have 5 lbs. to lose for the challenge which is impossible. But, I am still going to try to lose as much as I can. I really have to get back on track. I need to make myself more comfortable with my weight and to feel my best, I need to get down to 105lbs. I know it may sound too low to most people, but I have a small frame and when I did weigh 104 or 105 before is when I felt the best. It's my feel good weight!

Sounds like pretty much everyone is doing great. I was sick with a stomach virus (caught it from my nieces and nephew) for about 4 days... yuck. Couldn't have anything but toast and ginger ale. I don't even like ginger ale! I couldn't keep down the smallest bit of water, so I had to re-introduce it in itty-bitty amounts. I LOVE water. I didn't realize how much I actually drink it until I couldn't have any at all. My nieces and nephew are fine now as well. I was more worried about them than me. Poor little kids hardly ate anything for days All better now though! My nieces are over right now actually.

I have yet to step on the scale this week, but I went to my dietitian yesterday and she said I had lost some weight, so... maybe I'm at my St.Patty's Day goal weight and just haven't seen it in numbers yet? Now, about those pants I wanted to try on... I will do it this weekend, I promise! Good luck to everyone in reaching your goals!

Well, I'm still retaining water right now. Waiting for TOM to leave so that I can lose some of it. It didn't help that I didn't eat OP for most of last week. Today I've done really well. So far I've eaten 841 calories. My goal for work days is 1800, and I highly doubt I'll eat over 900 calories for dinner. So I should be under calories today! I've burned 2289 calories so far today so I should end up with at least a 1000 calorie deficit.

Today was an interesting day at work. It was also sad though. We had to euthanize one of our African Eland. She was extremely old and her body was not operating properly. She was eating the right amount, but her body wasn't processing the food so she was basically starving to death. The interesting part was that I got to help with the necropsy (I was cutting tissue samples from her organs to get tested to see if there was anything else wrong with her). I had never done one of these before so I got an anatomy lesson as we were working, lol. It was kinda disgusting in one way, but very educational.

i've really been mad at the scales this week. I don't know if it is their fault or mine but none of this poundage is budging lately!

Oh well, everyone have a good weekend even if you do miss an hour of sleep this weekend!
