Well I skipped my wrkout yesterday cuz my shoulder was hurting and I didn't want to pull that muscle. I did my wrkout 2day 30 mins of Jillian Michaels cardio kickboxing that is a wrkout but I feel great when I do it. I usually weight in on Saturdays but I want to weigh in next Saturday cuz I go crazy if my weight goes up and down every week. I will weigh in on the 23rd and we'll see what happens. Hope everybody else is doin good.
Hi! Today is May 16th ... by Memorial Day May 25th, I had planned to be down at least 9 pounds. I am 4 pounds past my goal with 9 more days to go! Yay!
I have switched over to Atkins from calorie counting and the low-carb way has been helping me tremendously. I'm actually ALSO counting calories just to make sure I don't go crazy.
I like that I'm below my goal for this challenge, and I'm not going to change it because it feels good. I WILL stay on plan, though. Thanks to all!
Ok ladies! I am pleased to say that the no-carbs for 3 days has SERIOUSLY kicked my body into fat burn mode! I did not expect to weigh in today and have the scale tell me 165!!!!
Tomorrrow I will eat carbs! YAY! Just have to watch the amount I consume. So now I am going to do a LOW-Carb/Calorie cycling and at least 2 hours of excersize for 6 days a week, with 1 free day to eat whatever in moderation. We only have a week left. I think I will be super close to my 162 goal!

This week was baaaaaad. My birthday was on Monday and it was like a week-long cake fest. Ugh. Whatever I weigh on Memorial Day I'll count as my final weigh in, but today I am down to 185. Still 2 lbs away from goal. If I lose one more by Monday, I'll still be happy, though!
I just finished a hr and 19 mins workout. 35 mins was tae bo ab bootcamp the other was tae bo cardio. All I have to do is eat a healthy dinner and go to bed at a good time tonite and pray that I didn't gain any weight when I step on the scale tomorrow morning.
