Oh never heard of those. Will look on line and see what information I can find. We have a tattoo artist here that has been doing this for at least 30 years. Guess she is really good. People come from all over the states to have her do their tattoos. Wonder if she does the ones that come off.

I even talked to our minister about this. He said if it isn't permanent because we aren't allowed to mark the body and I am doing it for something personal for only my husband to see. He doesn't see where it would be wrong. He is going to have a meeting with the deacons to make sure he is right.

I remember very little of my childhood just bits and pieces. Must not be worth remembering. Some of it is because of the abuse some of it I think is just plain and simply I have no desire to remember anything that doesn't bring me sunshine and while it wasn't all abuse growing up it wasn't much fun either so why bother remembering it. I have a real problem with people these days ( I am not talking about you ) that blame their childhood on anything they want to do. As adults we know our past has made us who we are. Things in our childhood do effect us. BUT while the past has made us who we are, we make us who we become. Tell Kev next time he moans loud enough to keep you awake, he better be doing something that makes you moan too lol. My sweetie knows I am going no where. The man is house trained. He takes his shoes off before he comes into the house, he puts his laundry in the hamper AND he puts down both lids. What more could a woman want lol.

I wanted to share this with all my friends. I received a pm from someone I have hardly ever talked to. She told me how I was a ray of sunshine in her very cloudy life. She just wanted to thank me for making her smile.

When you think you haven't really done anything important in life. You have never had an important job. You aren't beautiful, talented or saved anyone life. REMEMBER sometimes it is just a single moment in life that we make someone smile that is important. It may have been the only reason God put us on this earth. Just for that one second to help someone through a rough patch. I read what all of you say. Great jobs, wonderful kids ( mine are just average and my son has so many problems ) little town, little woman in a great big world. I don't feel to important sometimes in the scheme of things. In that one second, I felt like the most important woman in the world. I want all of you to know how much you all mean to me. How much happiness you give me and how much I need each and every one of you. You are important.

Not true, at least not in my case, had an epi both times.

Today's my day 5 (unless Tina says otherwise ). Today I am wearing a plain white top and thought I should wear a necklace with some color. I saw a dragonfly necklace that my sister gave me a few years back. I haven't been able to wear it because it's so short that it wouldn't fit around my neck. Well, I'm wearing it today.

I can easily get compulsive, and I am found myself that way this morning about my loss. I decided against my better judgment to weigh again this morning to check the numbers. I am wear jeans today instead of my thin pants so I was expecting it to be up a little. Well, even with jeans on, it was down a half-pound from yesterday. I am going to make it to Monday being OP so that this loss sticks!

A little deep thoughts by me LOL: I've noticed how this week I've been kinda teaching my kids how to emotional eat. We've just been eating junk I swear, I try to do a good dinner but pretty much fast food and junk. But, what I've noticed is that if they ask me for something like chips, cookies, icecream I get it for them. Yesterday they wanted McDonalds for lunch I said OK...as if thats my way of making life better for them right now, with food! Shame on me! I really really need to be more mindful of that, just because daddy is sick doesnt mean we need to eat like that, it doesnt make it better.

I was holding steady on the scale all week, I think the McDonalds did me in with all the sodium, I couldnt believe how thirsty I was after leaving that horrid place!

Anyway, I hope you all have a beautiful weekend here! I think Spring may have finally sprung in Montana...I hope anyway!

Good morning ladies~ Today is day 5 for me, and I'm feeling much better today. Yesterday I had cramps from ****. Kev is starting to feel much better also, but now Mattie is not feeling well again!UGHHH I can't seem to get this house healthy for the life of me. Today the kids have early dismissal. I need to run to Target and get a few things, but other then that a pretty chill day here. I started a new book that I can hardly put down. I love books that date back in time, and this one opens in the 1600's, so right up my alley I hope your all having a fantastic Friday so far.

Karen- Yep it's day 5, can you believe we've almost made a full week We're moving right along...great job on the weigh-in. That will for sure be motivation to stay OP over the weekend!

Melissa- I can totally relate to you and the fast food. I think I need to watch and read more of those fast food horror stories, and maybe that will turn me off for good!LOL! My aunt swears by that Airborne....at this point I need to get stock in it Feel better girl~

Hey guys, just stopping by the check in! This has been a crazy week, and I go to WI tomorrow. Hopefully all will work itself out... I did one of my biggest cheats yet this week (an ultra light beer when I was out at the bar for my birthday) so there is no telling how it will turn out! BUT - I went to the spa and had an amazing time. Spring Break is definitely a necessity this time of year!
