I'm Celia, 19 and from Leeds - lived here since forever!
I currently weigh 11st 2lbs, and stand at 5'10. Weight has always been a bit of a problem for me, at times I'll hit 13st and others I can drop to 10st, but it always comes back!
My lowest weight was 9st 10lbs which was after 6 months travelling with my ex bf, we couldn't afford to eat much and we did tonnes of outdoor stuff so I came back all slim. But, I went away to uni and comfort ate cos I didn't like it so this summer I hit 13st. I joined a gym and went everyday cos I was working near it, but now that I don't, I don't seem to be able to shift my *** into gear!
Just broke up with my bf of 4 years so I've lost almost a stone in 3 weeks cos I'm struggling to eat, a cycle I need to break don't quite know how but I shall try!
Hobbies...well I often say gym and swimming but I'm a slacker, studying English at uni so really into reading, also love the theatre, computers, driving etc! Really love clothes and fashion tho not sure that's a hobbie as such!
I work for a motor insurance company on the phone, good money but crap job! I want a more physical job, maybe bar work, but I need the cash!
Umm... struggling to think of anything else to say now!

I started my diet New Year's day, basically doing the old conservative way of counting calories and exercising. So far I have lost 4 pounds and my weigh in day is monday.
I'm basically trying not to eat more than 1200cals/daily.

Yeah I'm a student @ Leeds - I'm from Leeds, went away to Hull Uni for a year, it was rubbish, so I transferred home
I love Leeds!!

I'm now 50 (51 in June) - and sadly my weight is now 15st 9lbs! 1st 12lbs more than when I started this thread in February 2002.

I'm still blonde out of a bottle but I have a horrible feeling I know whats underneath now.

Unfortunately the high blood pressure has come back plus other health problems so I'm desperate to lose weight again.

I'm trying out the GI diet combined with restricting my cals to 1500 - seems like a muddle by the GI thing is supposed to stop you getting hungry.

I'm sitting here quite astounded you are back!!!!!!!!!!!
