Julie: The dog thing is a really long story, lol. One of my MIL's other dogs is in heat, and the neighbors HUGE labrador was down there (which is fine) BUT everytime my MIL tried to feed, water or even go Near her dog, the neighbor's dog would try to ATTACK her! She called and called to the neighbors asking them to please come get the dog until Pepper goes out of heat (she's chained up) because his dog kept trying to bite her and she was afraid to even go outside. She told him that she was going to carry her hand gun if she had to go out for anything and that if his dog tried to attack her she would have to shoot him. (She has a really bad back, so physically she is not able to fight of a 100lb dog) The neighbor flew mad and said that if anything happend to his dog he would come down and shoot every one of her dogs, AND that if he saw the brown one (Scooby) up near his fence line he would shoot him anyway. He told her that she was lying about his dog, and called her every bad name in the book, and all she is trying to do is protect herself. Anyways, so she brought Scooby to my house so we dont have to worry about that a**hole shooting him just to be spiteful. Like I said, Long Story, LOL.
But Scooby is a really sweet dog and I just cant let anything happen to him. Christian and Haleigh love him, and he loves them. Plus he smiles, LOL. He looks like he is snarling, but he is really doing a WHOLE mouth smile, LOL. I'll have to try to catch that on camera and make it my avatar, LOL. too funny
Cindy, sorry the deal fell through on your house. Hopefully everything will work out soon. Hope your son feels better soon.
I am one of those who take my kids to the doc every time they get more than a cold, lol. Both were preemies and it seems like every single time they get sick, it goes straight to their lungs. Luckily they dont get sick now as often as they used to. Christian's ears STAYED infected until he was nearly 3 years old. He couldn't talk, other than incoherrent mumbling, until they FINALLY took his adenoids out, He hasnt had 1 single ear infection since, and talks great, thank goodness

And Haleigh never stayed as sick as Christian did, but she has had her fair share of bronchitis and pneumonia, though. Its really sad, I can remember a period of about 6mos when I had one kid or the other at the doctor's office EVERY week...Needless to say our pediatrician knows us well, LOL. I am SO Thankful that the kids are healthier now, it was a nightmare when they were younger.
Well I got way off topic there, huh? On a more weight loss related issue, my morning weigh in reveals that I am resting comfortably at 203.6 today...I just hope its in that area on Saturday for the "official" number, lol. Looks like I'm going to reach my new years goal, Hooray!
anyways, I gotta get off here and take Christian to school. I'll talk to you ladies later
