  • Just reached my mini goal of being in the 150's before March... 1 month early! The scale said 159.2 . My new mini goal will be to reach 154 by March.

  • 157.6 yesterday, so slow and steady. ToM hit on top of it, so I'm surprised at no gains, I usually gain 2-5 lbs when I'm on it.
  • I overdid it at a party on Saturday and was back up into the 160s for a couple of days....but I'm back on track now at 159.0 this morning!
  • 157.8 this morning! I'm so thrilled, especially after the cupcake that slipped in under the radar last night.
  • ARGH.

    Tuesday I started having some severe pain in my right lower back. Ibuprofen didn't touch it. Went to the ER, 6 hours later they figure out that I have a big dermoid on my right ovary (11cm) twisting and causing ovarian torsion. So they admitted me and operated.

    I just got home, and I'm at 163. BOOOO! I know I'm carrying a bit of fluid from constant IVs, but I only ate about 500 cals a day in the hospital, so I thought it would balance out. Oh well - I'm not going to go back to the 160s thread unless I'm still here in a week.
  • I was way up yesterday, probably from a very salty dinner the night before. Today I crept back down a smidge to 157.6.
  • 157.2 this morning. I spent a lot of time in the bathroom yesterday, so I'm going to stick with my 158 for now.

    Time to wean off of the Percocets they gave me after surgery.
  • 156.8 this morning....0.2 more and I'll have lost 10% of my starting weight!
  • Weighed in at 156.4 this morning, so I've officially passed 10% down from my starting weight!

    I'm stalled. 158.X for while. Its because of TOO MUCH FOOD.

    1200 calories exactly today, though. Just gotta do it again tomorrow.
  • 155.6 this morning! After eating out 3 times this weekend and not being careful at all about what I ordered, it has taken me awhile to get back to losing!
  • 156.8 yesterday, 157.2 this morning. I'll take it and update my stats. A pound is a pound. This process has gotten easier as I've learned that a pound of fat gone is ALWAYS a good thing, even if it "could have been" two pounds, or five.
  • 154.4 this morning...I am suspicious about the sudden drop of over a pound, we'll see if it sticks. Right now though, I'll take it!
  • 157.4! That came out of nowhere!
