  • The good news...I've lost almost all of the fluid I was retaining (like a gallon's worth!) AND I weigh as much today as when I started on here! I can't wait to see what the scale reads in a few more days.

    3/25/13 ... 157.0 I don't even wanna think about the crap i ate last week. Getting back on the wagon. No more pastries.
  • Up 1# after the week of cake and brownies at my daughters. Back on track today. Will lose it and more this week I hope!!

    9 Mar 2013 (week 2): 174.8 lbs (3.6 lb loss)
    16 Mar 2013 (week 3): 172.6 lbs (2.2 lb loss)
    23 Mar 2013 (week 4): 170.6 lbs (2.0 lb loss)
    30 Mar 2013 (week 5): 167.6 lbs (3.0 lb loss)

    Phase 5 (Slimming World - UK based LCD - until I stop gaining - expect about 4 lbs as glycogen and water returns to muscles):

    Thanks! Don't be too impressed it was a VLCD (which I have now been off for two days so expect a gain this week as my muscles etc regain the glycogen and water). Definitely time to enjoy real food and move of from that!
  • WOW! You gals are all doing great.

    I was down to 181.5 on the new scales this morning. I will weigh at the docs in a little while, of course that will be dressed and after lunch, but I will see how close they are. I hope my scales are real close to accurate as that would mean I lost the 3 lb gain from last week plus some. I am getting closer to reaching my goal of getting into the 170's.
