Good morning ladies, I am at 192.2, it would be sooo nice to see the 180's next week but I am doing "the new rules of lifting for women" and I start phase 2 on monday, I hope I don't plateau again. How is everyone else doing? I hope everyone is still hanging in there, there isn't many of us left here.
No wieght loss for me this week but I started stage 2 of "The new rules of lifting for women" so I am hoping its just water retention. How has everyones week been?

Went a little crazy with Mother's Day baking and it shows on the scale!
I am actually converting to a vegan diet this week so that should force me to make some better choices.
ALMOST to the 180's, I am 190.4 so hopefully by next week i will b in the 180's. hows the vegan thing going for you JEN. Are we the only 2 left in here?
Thats awesome jen, im down 56, its not moving very fast but its still going down. Im glad to see u back. Im on stage 6 of the new rules of lifting for women, love the program.
