Tyla, I only jog for like 30 seconds LOL I start out my workout on the treadmill walking and then jogging about a minute until I can't breath, just to get my heartrate up. Then I go to the other strength equipment. I need to keep going around to the treadmill to keep my HR up the whole 30 minutes. I recorded a Yoga video and did 30 minutes at home yesterday, I really enjoyed it and my thighs are sore this morning!
Was up 2lbs but its TTOM, fun fun.
