  • Hey everyone Hopefully I am not jumping the gun switching over.. as much as I love my 180s gals, I really couldn't wait to join you. Ive been 179 for about 3 days now... its not going up (thank goodness). I was in the 180s for a little too long, but hopefully things will start to pick up
  • Ahhh the scale took a dip finally!!! I've added protein powder after my workouts in the AM... wondering if that's helping the fat go bubye? I was at 165 (not changing my ticker... I WILL get my arse back down to 161 again) and this morning after a good sweat I saw 163! We're getting there! I'll see my hubby (only get to see him a couple times a year , long story) for Christmas so I want to be looking hot!!!
  • I've been stuck at 168-170 since July. I was down to 162, had surgery, and shot up. A week ago my boyfriend and I broke up. Since then, I went from 169 to now 162.2 for the past 3 days. At this rate.. I'm bound to be in the 150s soon.. For the first time in my adult life.
  • This is awesome to see these posts. Everyone is rocking it. Gives me so much motivation to keep at it.
  • Was back up to 180 this morning.. I nkknew I jumped the gun on moving over here.... Im not leaving yet though! going to give myself a day or two to go back down.... must exercise more...

Update (i thought it was ridiculous to start a new post for an update):
Back to 179 this morning... I hate this yo-yo-ing
  • 162.WTF?

What am I doing? I got all the way down to 153 and apparently gave up and rolled back down hill all the while stuffing my face with junk. I hate that I let myself do this...I just can't seem to stay focused/motivated even thought I am not happy with the way I am.

Ugh, this isn't easy, especially for me! I need to get back into journaling my food intake and my exercise and water each day. And most importantly, make sure I am eating the right amount of calories and drinking plently of water and exercising period!

Back on the horse, really bummed to be back in the 160's...it is so hard to lose weight and it seems in the blink of an eye it is back and then some!
  • 160 this morning! Those 150s are just so close... I can't wait
  • Would you mind if I joined you?
I had my 3rd baby 3 weeks ago. I was 190 the day I delivered. I weighed in at 164 today which was pretty much my weight pre pregnancy. I was still carrying a lot of lbs from my first 2 pregnancies. If we do have another child it will be a few years off and I am serious about getting fit and losing ALL my extra weight this time. I am only 5'2". I am thinking 110 is my goal weight. I am excited to have a place to post and be held accountable.
  • Welcome Allthatglitters! Congratulations on your weight loss so far - getting down to your prepregnancy weight is awesome! I hope we can both get out of these 160s soon
  • 162.8 this morning. I had a C section and I can't wait to be able to start running using weights.
  • Oh, do we have a regular weigh in day?
  • Hey everyone. Id love to join you ladies in here. In 2010 I lost about 30the lbs and was down to 155 after having my daughter. Then in sept her health was not good and so I stopped losing and I even gained over the last year back up to 180. 8 joined WW and have dropped about 5the lbs in the last month. Really slow but still atleast I am getting somewhere. I need accountability and support. I eat emotionally and have never had to lose serious weight prior to having my daughter. I just really want to be comfortable and look like myself again.
  • Where is everybody?
  • I’m still here and I’m still at 160. Got some serious pms bloating going on, so I’m hoping that I’ll be whooshing into the 150s soon. How’s everyone else doing?

    Sun – Welcome!
Allthatglitters – No regular weigh in day, so feel free to weigh in whenever. Some do it once a week, some whenever they see a change.
  • Still on that cusp of 179.... the scale needs to move asap... this is so frustrating
