    This suit is 20 yrs old and has NEVER been worn (size 4)...I remember when I bought it, it was on clearance (Anne Klein) but they only had a size 4 left and I LOVED this suit, so I said I'll just drop a couple of pounds to fit it, but never did.

    Well...it's official...I FIT IT!!!! Woooooo hooooo!!!!

  • Great Morning Weather in my neck of the woods...going to park trail for a nice easy breasy 5 miler!

    Breakfast - Pumpkin Raisin Muffin, 2 Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage - 219 cals.
    Snack - Atkins Protein Bar - 240 cals.
    Snack - Pumpkin Raisin Muffin - 139 cals.
    Lunch - Salmon w/red pepper coulis over spinach quinoa, spinach - 330 cals.
    Snack - 5 unsalted almonds, few raisins - 60 cals.
    Snack - Activia Light Yogart - 70 cals.
    Dinner - Jamaican Curry Chicken over curry black beans, spinach - 560 cals.
    Snack - small Navel Orange - 45 cals.

    Total Calories: 1,663 cals.

    EXERCISE:

    Running - 5.2 Miles OUTDOOR RUN!!! Ok...I'm convinced it's the fresh air that makes outdoor running euphoric!

    I should have ran instead of going to the gym this morning.. The air was nice and mild this morning so it would have been perfect! Glad you had a good run!

    I was going to go tonnite.. But its supposed to rain rain rain! Boooo!

    As a matter of fact...today and tomorrow I'm-a-cookin' fool!

    Here's what's on the menu:

    1. Authentic Jamaican Curry Chicken Thighs
    2. Carribean curry black beans w/plantains
    3. Sesame Chicken
    4. Thai Curry Chicken w/Red Pepper
    5. Seafood Alfredo w/Shrimp & Cod over brown rice linquine

    Today I'm cooking #1 & 2. Tomorrow will be 3-5. Ugghh...soooo many herbs and spices it takes to make this food so yum...but it's worth it. MUST take trip to grocery store today.

    Will post more food pics! Thanks again everyone...I love that my food inspires you. If you see something you like, let me know and I'll post the recipe.

    That suit is a size 4...yes...true...but probably the ONLY size 4 I can fit right now. I'm a size 6 in every other business suit I own, a size 7/8 woman's casuals, a size 9/10 juniors in jeans

    ...but heck...I'll take a "4" where I can get one!

    Go YOU! I cannot wait to wear my little Nike shorts that I bought lonnnnng ago.. I was always self concious about cellulite so I would never wear them. Now that I see that cellulite does start looking better, the lower your bodyfat percentage is --maybe, just maybe, I can wear mine this summer!
