This is the way it goes for me, so no surprises. I did say I was going to take awhile.









So I popped in another one (8 min w/out) which was really only 5 mins of exercise but it bought my total to a good 25-28 min workout. Was sweating and breathing harder so it did some good. Am going to take the dog out for a long walk today and will likely do some more yard work.
