It really is very important for weight loss. Supposedly during sleep is when we lose the most weight. I'm so sorry you are suffering a migraine though. I hope it goes away today! Mine tend to last for 2-4 days, so I know how miserable they can be!

totally 10/10 and beyond. as well as getting rid of that stubborn gained lb I lost an additional 2 at my weigh in today!
10.5lbs down in total now.
