Went down to 142 in 39 days...and then fell off again for a 29 day binge...went back up to 168...just writing this kills me...but I am not looking back anymore...this is Day 6 and I am proud of it. WE CAN DO THIS LADIES...lets not let that little voice in our heads get to us...WE DO NOT NEED that food!!!! Let's do this together!
