  • I need to get a bit more on top of things if I'm going to see the 130s anytime soon. I've changed jobs and my scheduled is all different, so meal planning isn't in a routine yet. The last four days I've been off plan but not complete chaos, so basically no change.

What I need to do is F-O-C-U-S!!

Whoa Pixikat! Did you like make a deal with the devil last night?!! Lol!
  • Jacqui - I like your positivity, fingers crossed!

Minneey - I feel your pain! I work from home now so my schedule is all over the place (I sent a draft to clients at midnight last night!). Anyone have a good mechanism for working with crazy schedules/establishing them?
  • Pixikat, I'm going to guess that you are really 242.7. If so, congrats on the new low! And if you are really 232.7, I want your secret NOW!

Imabehot, yay on the extra drop!

TrayTeam, woohoo on losing a lb! Go you!

Minneey, you just have to get a routine down and some momentum going and you'll be fine!

Susan, there's time! Keep at it!

Designchick, it could happen, so go for it!
  • Hello all, just made myself go on the bike, glad I did. Just got done reading everything and forgot most of what I wanted to say.

I'm so happy to see so much activity here, especially no one giving up, even if we struggle we're making progress and getting back on plan. I have a pretty regular schedule at work, but it's so different from all the time I've been off through the holidays it's like having a new schedule. I find I'm chafing a little at getting back to the routine.

When I was off I'd try and do a little something here and there, I think if I had an irregular schedule I'd come up with a group of exercises that I planned to do regularly like some planks, lunges, squats, stretches, etc. then try to do a few when I had a break so that I got them all in during the day but not try to set aside a block of time for exercise, just grab 5 or 10 minutes multiple times that would add up to 30 or more minutes a day.

Imabehot - that dress is really cute, great idea to have a reward out there for yourself.

Minneey - sometimes the posting motivates me to do better and sometimes doing better motivates me to post.

Jacqui - thanks for keeping me up to date on everyone you are an inspiration, congrats on making that ticker weight!

    Best to all

  • WELCOME! Never too late!
  • Thanks imabehot!!!
  • It's so hard to keep up with everyone on this page because it moves so fast in 24 hours lol That's awesome for you all and I hope you're reaching your goals. Just popping in to say hi and sorry if someone asked me a question. I've been totally distracted lately. Oh, I started calorie counting again, too

Down to 63.5kgs today! But that's probably because I had low calories a couple days ago (Insomnia: up all night and wasn't interested in eating until dinner). Oh well, I'll take it. I've been a bit lazy with my running too. Distracted 100% lol

Keep up the good work everyone!

    yesterday's exercise: 1h crossfit
    yesterday's calories: 1700

    good morning

I was super sore yesterday, but I still went to Crossfit. We did exactly the same workout as when I started in October, and doing AMRAP (as many rounds as possible), I improved by one round. And am not sore anymore today! Woohoo. Improvement in fitness gets me really excited, but I'm taking a rest day today - well, also to channel my power to my studies

boatingmommy way to go getting back to exercise. I think we all struggle at times - otherwise all of us would be a size 0. It's not about perfection, it's about consistency

designchick88 Don't give up on your goal - still half a month to go! Or just readjust your goal to half of it Glad to see you back!
By the way, drunk me is not healthy, but a boasting idiot

imabehot awesome drop! And I LOVE the dress. Super gorgeous.

Woodstock minor setback quick gains leave quickly. Keep at it!

Jacqui_D well done being back to ticker weight!

    TrayTeam nice drop! Great job.

pnkrckpixikat typo? Otherwise, you should totally write a book (I'd buy it).

kelijpa I find it so much harder to break exercise up in blocks - if I start I want to pull through. Also, gives me an excuse to put on my adorable H&M workout outfit and I'm sure I wouldn't do that for 5minutes at a time. Well done getting on the bike though!

You already did great this month! Keep going!

Rhiko Hi Well done being done to 63.5!

Have a great Wednesday! Middle of the week already!
