163 exactly today. Feels good. Went for a walk yesterday, made great choices at my dads bday dinner. Wanna get back to 161 sooo quickly it's killing me.
@size8 my snacks are never very good haha. I snack on cheese, primarily. I know, bad. But I love it. And I don't eat it like I used to, and cutting it out just wouldn't work for me. If I can afford it calorie wise, I also have a glass of milk or ovaltine if I'm really hungry. That holds me off for another hour or two. Oh, and popcorn.
