Congrats on running the 1/2 too - did you find all the running impacted your weight loss? I've heard so many people say that it's hard to control hunger when you run that much and sometimes they end up eating so much they gain.
It's warming up here and I am starting back up with my running plan so just curious on your experience.



Today I was 129.2!
I went back up to 1500, I took a "break" from counting, I started running again...so far nothing changes the 138 on the scale.
