Hey mamabear, I just started W3D1 today and man, I was having to talk myself into do the last minute of those three minute runs! Congrats on pushing through and finishing week 3!!

So that workout didn't get logged, however I am extremely proud of myself for completing the run without the help of the app. I was so tempted to just walk the rest of the way, but instead I watched the time on my phone and completed the last minute and a half of jogging and did my cool down. I was pouring sweat! It was 85 and sunny today.
You go Lotra for pushing yourself to finish it even without the app!

I know what you mean, so far for me Day 1 is usually okay, Day 2 SUCKS and then Day 3 I feel all strong and stuff. There are so many variables, but I certainly think espresso could be the culprit

I just put music on and started my run and before i knew it it was over! I really missed having walking intervals though - because i usually use them to fix the wedgie my sports pants give me

Hahahahahaha, thanks for making me smile

Wow, congrats. What an inspiration that you have finished week 5! No walking breaks? Okay yeh, I can't think too far ahead, being on week 3, I'll scare myself.
