Rachel, You did great! I went camping too and have a lot more course-correcting to do than you, ha! Seriously, camping is kind of hard. Everyone goes for simple things like sandwiches. My husband loves to make desserts on the campfire with a Dutch oven. He makes cobbler with bis quick and canned fruit in a sweet syrup. Its not even that great, it's just a tradition. And it seems there's a lot more snacking and beer around. I came home just .2 pounds up, which is good, but I had wanted to be down. Onward...

You quickly recall just how disciplined we have to be while losing..I don't really miss that phase so much, but am grateful for the tools and menus that can get me back on track at times like this
