Hi all!! Hope everyone had a good Halloween! Mine was a big FAIL. I started the morning with my workout ( which ended up saving my butt) and ate very light during the day. Come nightfall with the trick or treaters my goodness there was no peanut butter cup safe! Strangely, I woke up this morning down in weight? I have a hate/love relationship with my body rewarding bad behavior but sometimes you need that little bump I guess. Accept it as a blessing and get back on track!!
