So I dropped that extra .5 lbs this morning! While it doesn't count towards my official weigh-in, it's nice to know that I
barely made it. I worked incredibly hard for it this month.
RJ 1980, so sorry to hear about your loss. Using food as a coping mechanism is a tough cycle to break. Make sure you're really taking care of yourself. I don't know about your circumstances, but maybe you can do something active with the kids? Your health is important, especially during times of crises, and they probably need an outlet too.
